WORKER
By Tim Westmoreland
Tim is a Water Engineer for OXFAM, and has come to the Balkans to provide aid during the 1999 conflict. This is his first experience of working on a refugee camp. His first job is to check the chlorine content in the water. Then they need more toilet facilities. It's easy to forget these people come from normal homes and were once part of 'modern' Europe.
