WATER SHORTAGE

It's summer of 1995, and once again parts of the UK are hit by water shortages. Nick sits in his rose-garden and considers the current hose-pipe ban - he thinks it's ridiculous. They don't have this problem in Greece, and we're not exactly short of rainfall in Britain.
