HUNDREDTH BIRTHDAY By Lord Montague
At Beaulieu House Lord Montague's mother, Pearl, is celebrating her one hundredth birthday. In the morning a telegram arrives from the Queen; in the afternoon there are visitors from the village and a family photograph is unveiled. In the evening there is a grand dinner and birthday party with all the grandchildren, great-nephews and nieces blowing out the candles on her cake.
