FROM DRUGS TO TAI CHI
By Craig Weston
Craig struggled at school and as an adult, soon found himself addicted to drugs and a destructive lifestyle. Close to death he attempted a detox and in his hour of need received help from an unexpected source. He then started learning Tai Chi, and now uses it as a form of prayer and thanksgiving. Craig takes us to a park over-looking his home city, where he combines the ancient Chinese Art with traditional Christianity to forge a new life, free from drug-dependency.
