POSITIVE FRAME OF MIND
By Catherine Lemmon
Catherine feels a year of travelling around Australia was harmful to her mental health as she had no daily structure in her life. She returned to the UK in a deep depression which affected her on a daily basis. A stint in job she hated only made matters worse and eventually her family and friends encouraged her to seek help. Catherine believes counselling and medication gave her a positive frame of mind and steered her towards a career that she finally found fulfilling.
