Many of Sama's Iraqi relatives were tortured by Saddam. She thinks the Iraqi people need to be helped to get rid of him. Instead of campaigning against the war, she thinks people should be campaigning for democracy - to avoid another dictatorship.

People are saying that they don't want innocent lives lost, but do they not realize that they are lost everyday by a madman with no cause except cause of himself.
