MY WEIGHT
By Ross Gittings
After suffering from depression following the death of his grandfather and the divorce of his parents, Ross took comfort in eating and the weight piled on. He was bullied at school and at a very low ebb. His mother saw something about a weight management summer camp on television and managed to get a place for Ross. The camp not only helped him lose weight but also made Ross believe in himself. He found a new self confidence as well as a new group of friends and he believes the camp quite literally saved his life.
