LEARNING THE LINGO
By Paul Rogers
Paul teaches at Bunscoill Ghaelgagh, the Manx speaking primary school in St Johns. He has always been interested in Celtic languages. Having taught himself Welsh, he made the effort to learn Manx, to fit in better to his new home on the Isle of Man. Working in the school is a great way to take part in the culture. All the lessons are in Manx - and the children even play games in Manx.
