i find revision hard because i tend to leave it until the last week and then revise too much that i forget it can you help

i think that this video has really good adivice. i revise for ages in one day the cant be bothered to do any the next day!! But as helen said you need to have breaks in between to stay focused. GOOD LUCK!!!
