King Edward VII Bridge

King Edward

King Edward VII opened the bridge on 10th July 1906.
It carries four railway tracks, the centre two span
300-ft each.

Opened without ceremony on 15th June 1876

High Level Bridge

High Level Bridge
This bridge was opened to traffic in August 1849.
The engineer was Robert Stephenson.

Corbridge Bridge

Corbridge Bridge

Built in 1235, the only bridge remaining after the floods of 1771.
