Your StoriesYou are in: Tyne > People > Your Stories > Braden Davy ![]() Braden DavyThe Northumberland sixth form student is interested in getting involved with politics. ![]() I was born in Bishop Auckland in County Durham and used to live in Spennymoor until I moved to Ashington when I was in first school. I have moved around, but never lived outside the north-east of England. Over the past two years I have recently spent time in youth politics around the UK and local youth politics in Northumberland. ![]() My hopes are that I will continue to do well enough in school and that I will get the grades I want for my AS levels while enjoying myself. My fears are that this recession will bite and affect me and my family as well as people I know. ![]() When people talk at you, or when people don't listen to what you have to say and ignore your opinions. This is particularly true when politicians don't answer the question which was asked. ![]() Opinionated, logical, ambitious. ![]() I would put in a recording of my local town and area and some photos to see how much it will have changed in the future. ![]() I couldn't live without the Internet. I use it for school work, socialising, keeping in contact with friends and organising. I rely on the Internet for everything. ![]() My proudest achievement was achieving my GCSE grades which were one of the best in my school. ![]() My ambitions are to do well in my A levels and go on to a red brick university to study economics. I would also like to move back up north after university and become a local councillor. ![]() I would make the world fairer. Wipe out starvation and death from easily preventable disease. Also I would stop the exploitation of the planet and protect our natural environments. ![]() If he was alive Mahatma Gandhi. It would be really insightful about what he would say. It would be interesting to say the least. ![]() My bad habits are biting my nails and writing so badly I can't read it later on. ![]() Our new puppy howling up the stairs. ________________________________ The people taking part in 100 Lives have all given their own account of life as they see it and the views expressed are their own and not those of the BBC. last updated: 01/05/2009 at 15:41 SEE ALSOYou are in: Tyne > People > Your Stories > Braden Davy |
