The Jubilee Sailing Trust, with their two magnificent ships, has an aim like no others - they promote the "integration of able-bodied and physically disabled people through adventure tall ship sailing holidays" - and this is your chance to experience that aim for yourself. Since her maiden voyage in 1986, the Lord Nelson has taken 21,332 people to sea. Of these, 8,437 people were physically disabled and 3,327 were wheelchair users. Their disabilities included: Cerebral Palsy, Multiple Sclerosis, Spina Bifida, Paraplegia and many more...... We are happy to announce the competition winner is: Michael Newton of County Durham.
He has won the ticket to adventure on board the Jubilee Sailing Trust's SV Nelson. Thank you to all who took part in this popular competition - we hope that you will be able to venture to the high seas at some point in the future too.
