Tall Ships Adventures

The three masted Lord Nelson
The Lord Nelson - passage to adventure

Join Lord Nelson in the Canaries

We now name the winner who will be jetting off to the sunny Canaries to The Jubilee Sailing Trust's Lord Nelson for a week on the foamy brine, enjoying the thrills and maybe spills of life on the high sea...

We bring you a trip of a lifetime - sailing in the warm azure waters of the Canaries off the African coast - for one lucky disabled person, this could be a life changing experience.

Bring on that sense of adventure

The Jubilee Sailing Trust, with their two magnificent ships, has an aim like no others - they promote the "integration of able-bodied and physically disabled people through adventure tall ship sailing holidays" - and this is your chance to experience that aim for yourself.

Since her maiden voyage in 1986, the Lord Nelson has taken 21,332 people to sea.  Of these, 8,437 people were physically disabled and 3,327 were wheelchair users.  Their disabilities included: Cerebral Palsy, Multiple Sclerosis, Spina Bifida, Paraplegia and many more......

We are happy to announce the competition winner is:

Michael Newton of County Durham.

He has won the ticket to adventure on board the Jubilee Sailing Trust's SV Nelson.

Thank you to all who took part in this popular competition - we hope that you will be able to venture to the high seas at some point in the future too.
