Chris Hollins

Chris Hollins

Chris began his TV presenting career at Sky Sports in 1994 and has since become one of our most popular sports reporters. He can be seen most weekday mornings on the BBC Breakfast couch, as well as presenting the BBC shows Watchdog and Cash in the Attic. Sports-mad Chris was a keen footballer in his youth and had a spell on the books of Queens Park Rangers, but these days he's better known for his footwork on the dancefloor - as the 2009 winner of Strictly Come Dancing.

Worst weather experience

"Open Golf at Muirfield. Rain and hail coming in at right angles. Scripts and newspapers blown away. Ironically had sun cream running down my face!"

Favourite weather song

"You Are The Sunshine of My Life, Stevie Wonder."

Describe the British weather in a sentence

"The perfect blend of rain, snow and sunshine - shame it all arrives on the same day!"
