Remember that bloke off the cover of the Arctic Monkeys album with the cigarette in his gob. Chances are you'll be seeing a lot more of him, if the Monkeys have any say in it.
According to the Sun, the Monkeys plan to send album cover 'model' Chris McClure to pick up any awards that they might win at this week's Vodaphone Live Music Awards. Now that's optimism in action.
A band source said: "The boys will always thank Chris for not cashing in on his appearance on the sleeve" Cashing in as what, exactly?
"They reckon he's the perfect man to pick up their awards in future due to his general couldn't care less attitude."
Well, assuming he can be bothered to turn up...
