Busted Bust-Up
Before Busted became big there was a fourth bandmember - Ki Fitzgerald. After Busted became big, Ki sued them for royalties. Now, it seems that James Bourne wasn't too impressed by this move, and when they found themselves at the same party the other night he made his feelings plain.
The Mirror quotes a witness: "James squared up to Ki. He got right in his face threatening to knock him out and saying Ki's new band wouldn't get a deal as they're s***. Ki didn't rise to the bait, which seemed to annoy James further. In the end, J.Lo's ex husband Cris Judd, who was at the party with James, had to drag him away."
Ki then called the police to alert them, and his lawyers are threatening James with a restraining order if anything like this happens again.
Seems a bit OTT to call the cops just because an old mate shouted at you a bit, but we're sure that at no point did it enter Ki's mind that it could be good publicity for his band, Eyes Wide Shut.
