Apparently they monitor ticket sales and had noticed that on Saturday nights there was a suspicious blip in sales in North London. But upon closer scrutiny it turned out that George was buying Lotto tickets in bulk to give to party guests. Never mind that most of the guests at his super Balls would be millionaires already, George gives them all tickets and then everyone gets together to watch the big draw.

A pal told the Sunday Mirror: "George and Kenny [that's his boyfriend, fact fans] get really excited when they watch the Lottery show on Saturday nights. I'm sure Camelot don't mind him buying so many tickets now they've found out who's behind the 'scam'."
