Too Fast, Love!
George Michael is counting his lucky stars at the moment, and we don't mean flipping through his address book to see which of his pop mates still have a record deal.
The veteran singer managed to walk away from a pretty nasty-sounding car crash yesterday, even though he's written off his £34,000 convertible BMW. It seems he was driving down the A40 in West London when he lost control of the car and smashed into the side railings. Both airbags went off, which ultimately seems to have saved him from harm.
One of George's friends told the Star: "George was very shaken, but amazingly he somehow escaped, unhurt. The car was a write-off and had to be taken away. George had to call a taxi to take him to where he was going."
Better a taxi than an ambulance, right Georgie?
