Ronnie
Suuuuuch a great performance! Loving the clips so i can live it all over again. I can even see myself in a few of them haha
Tash
After waiting for so long, i finally managed to see my favourite band play live and what an unforgettable performance it was!! My boyfriend gave up seeing the Killers to accompany me and he thought it was brilliant also. The highlight for me was definitely when Trent & Co played "March of the Pigs" which the crowd went crazy for! I was lucky enough to be the front row after waiting through Katy Perry, the Ting Tings and Jane's Addiction. Can't believe this might have been one of his last ever shows. NIN YOU ROCKED!!
Matt
Awesome, nice to see the BBC finally put a few tracks up at last...Looked like a lot of fun...Going to see them in Manchester tonight.
Roddy
Where did the rest of the videos go? I was looking forward to seeing part 2!
hess
finally the beeb put up some NIN footage, though why it took so long I don't know. The lack of footage all weekend and even in the highlights shows that the BBC, in its quest to cause no offence whatsoever, has managed to offend every fan of NIN in the country. Why do we put up with paying our license fee to fund overpaid presenters who get free entry to T and talk about how great it was instead of just letting us, the viewers, see the sets we want live?
david r
More please!!!
Fi&B
thanx for finally adding more videoes! about time! I mean, you wouldn't want to bite the hand that feeds you? or stay down on your knees? lol!! Pure amazing wonderfullness through and through! Now bbc bow down to the one you serve! Totally gutted that it probably is the last time we'll see them. to all those who are going to watch them-ENJOY! And to all who have posted all their complaints, at least they finally listened!
John-R (Prettihaytmachine)
TR & Co said they loved the response when i asked them about it at the manchester meet & greet, oh apart from the cold :-)
Sarah Jane
Jeeze i wish i has been there. They all done such an amazing performance! You can tell Trent feels restricted on that stage :PAmazing
sl1mj1m
wtf is kate smith on about nine inch nails was the of highlights of the weekend.oh and also more video's they were headliners.
Faye
I really want to see I'm afraid of American I know they played it, please can we have the footage up. Glad to see that more than just hurt is up now!
chris
thanks Nick if you did this but you have made alot of people happy. now would the bbc would be kind enough to put on the same amount of coverage as glastonbury next year please
Paddy
Looks awesome as usual crowd looks pathetic in terms of Numbers for these and JA
mark
not only were they a headline act but they were on the bbc stage which makes it even more dissapointing that there is so poor covarage, they were my highlight of T
Will
The highlight of my weekend, this was an incredible set.
Laz
Thanks for finally putting some more clips up!
Lee
These are amazing! Can't wait for sonisphere now....
II ANDY II
i was hoping for heresy but i guess the BBC are to scared to put that up because of the lyrics??anyway we got Hurt, Hand that feeds, burn and survivalism!!!
Ross
2 videos from NIN? The headlining act on the NME stage, yet a band who turn up 2 hours late, forcing Janes addiction to make do with half an hour on stage (and probably shortening NIN's set as well, tbh) get red button rotation? Sort yourselves out BBC, you're more than happy to take money off of those who would rather stick pins in their eyes than see the ting tings, and yet you only put up 2 videos of arguably the most important band of the past 20 years? The footage has been awash with the likes of Lily Allen, Katy Perry, the Ting Tings, and other such disposable garbage that'll be forgotten in the next 5 years, at the expense of NIN's last ever Scottish date, headlining a major festival's second stage. Stick all the footage from every band up - you charge us enough in the license fee to cover the bandwidth for it...
Denzil
simply awesome, Trent Reznor is a genius, shame it'll be his last visit to Scotland. Hurt was my highlight of the weekend! shame they didn't play "Only" tho
Alaine
I was 3rd row the entire set, my first (and looks like last) time seeing NIN live and it exceeded all my expectations. Trents energy and passion was overflowing and he put so much into every song. The crowd were fantastic, March of the Pigs and Head Like A Hole had the crowd singing every word, what a fantastic atmosphere. The BBC really need to take note of the comments here and show more footage of NIN last headlining performance in Scotland, it made my weekend!
Michael
This was the highlight of the weekend. Trent Reznor put his heart and soul into the entire set and the rest of the band never missed a beat. After watching I'll need to travel down south for there last UK gig just to see them one more time.
Layney
Please, please, please more than 5.13 minutes of footage! There must be some more somewhere?!
Captain Howdy
NIN were the best band at T by a mile, but BBC coverage is practically non-existent. Why so much footage of bands lower down the bill, yet a headliner is all but ignored? Not impressed...
Simon B
Definitely the highlight of the weekend, I was right up the front. Again the bbc fails to show decent coverage of another great band. Last year it was Interpol, now NIN this year. BBC has to think about people who couldn't make it to T!! I was lucky enough to be there for what will probably be Trent's last visit to Scotland :(
Fi&B
totally loved the gig on sat night! second time i,ve seen them and they were magnificent! everyone there was entranced and sung every word! To end with hurt was beautiful and the crowd responded with awe and applomb! very dissapointed with the B-iasedB-roadcastingC-orporationAs per usual they show the very mediocre mainstream acts that have no soul whatsoever! shame on you!
Daaave
"hurt" is such an amazing song. Thanks for the video - Going to see 'em at Sonipshere! :D
casper
the lack of NIN coverage is shamefulNine Inch Nails are possibly the most important artist of the last 20 years, and there is hardly anything. And it was their last ever Scottish gig. Unless they ever announce one more tour *prays that they do so as is not seeing on tour*
m0use
More footage please BBC. They were a headline act after all.
davy
best band by far at T hope i get a chance to see them again. awesome,,
Cara
Most T in the Park goers probably think that NIN covered Hurt after Johnny Cash did it LOL! Also BBC are you being ironic with the iPlayer volume...only just noticed it goes up to 11 a la Spinal Tap! Please get more tracks up.
Doc
I totally agree the bbc has shown no coverage of NIN on the tv and very little on the net and as they were the headlining act and possibly one of the last gigs in the uk they will ever play its a shame for a band i have followed since 1991 and who have a massive fan base in the uk, they deserve more!!
The Piggy
Finally we get 'The Hurt' put up but it would still be nice if you got your act together to ensure that 'More Videos coming soon' actually follows through.Especially after the lack of coverage and disrespect shown to the band by the BBC.
G
WTF. I spent a whole evening of my life watchin the same bands over and over again in the hope of catchin some NIN. I know you have to please the majority(you still managed to play Nick Cave, and Seasick Steve) but would it have been to much to put some NIN on. Poor poor show. Cant wait to see them at sonisphere, should have been headlining tho. Where's you BBC coverage of that?
Kris Lord
More video coming soon? When? they played on Saturday!
Pedro
"More Video coming soon"??????When exactly? How can u ask if we enjoyed NIN when u ain't posted teh set?Get with it and listen to the people!
Non-entity
Okay, I've been patiently waiting for more coverage as promised...How long exactly are we expected to wait? Shame on you BBC, this is REALLY poor show and I expected better (fool that I am).
bob
wheres the "more video coming soon" really... i dont mind the number of staff you have at T in the park... so long as i get the set of the one and only band at the fest that i like... c'mon... im waiting... not asking for much.
Matt
Where are the promised extra videos? Come on guys...
Marc
What a bunch of whiny fans. No wonder Trent wants to go on hiatus.
Allan
Video of one song? Their set was one of the best of the weekend, sort it out.
Kate Smith
I thought this concert was one of the worst concerts I have ever been to in my life.
Robin
Missed NIN for the Manics. Two of the three bands I was there for on at the same time. Gutted! More videos please!
Steven
I was the one holding the huge Palestine/Venezuela flag in the front middle of the crowd. Good vibes :D
Jamie R Williams
Agreed, this a pretty poor show BBC, Trent Reznor and his band)Nine Inch Nails, who are on their last tour, are a unique band and deserve a considerable amount of respect. Trent Reznor is a visionary. Nine Inch Nails are massively underated but massively brilliant.
the nephilim
the t in the park gig was amazing, not that big a crowd,so really only fans who wanted to see the band, excellent set, with nin open camera and video policy for gigs surely the bbc can release the full set,if not at least a couple of songs.as for the tv coverage its rubbish all ive seen all day on tv and the red button are the same bands no nin or janes addiction come on as high a slot up the bill and no coverage yet nearly full gigs of everbody else, this is no good...
NIN
Thanks for the Hurt video ... but what about the rest? I've been waiting all day!!
Jonn
Hurry up and get some more videos on! More NIN, less crap please.Bring on Wednesday at the O2!
Madskotty
Completely agree with all of the past comments, the BBC have the nack of showing "durge" like the "amazing" glam-camp band that is the Killers, and not to show possibly one of the last ever shows (if you believe Mr Reznor)is insane. Please BBC, I hope you are going to make up for this and post the footage of this set ASAP. To quote a great song it seems that I want "something I can never have". Hopefully NOT.NIN over but not out!!!
Timah
Well done BBC. So you send over 300 of your people from your organization to cover the event, most of them blaggers I expect. Couldn't spare enough of them to cover a HEADLINE act at a major festival wtf?. Pure rubbish. Why do we bother paying our license fee!?!
MTG
Only one track for a headline act! A bloody disgrace.
Venna
Come on, more footage please. It was an amazing show, a fantastic set list, the most awe inspiring end to a festival I have ever seen. Trent is a truely talented musician, who has never felt the need to sell out and there should be more like him. I do lol at your pic of Ilan tho.
Matt
More Video asap please!
Trent Reznor
Come on BBC, one of our last ever UK performances and you only have one video up to see, sort it out now please, someone must have recorded this show, thanks TR
Rob
Headlining act on the 2nd stage on Saturday and they haven't been featured at all?!What the hell? This is typical of the BBC thinking that "metal" isn't popular.
Ipaymytaxes
One video? One?? Sort yourselves out BBC! I would like to echo most of the comments here in saying that this is pathetic. NIN have been a very significant and respectable band in the past two decades. Just ask the late, great Johnny Cash! And yet, you decide that someone that isn't even significant for one song (eg Ting Tings), and more importantly symbolises everything that's wrong with today's music, would get so many minutes' coverage.
buddy e
why cant they have every one that was on on here- instead of same old same old
DD
Thanks for putting Hurt up, but considering how important this band is, I really think the viewers deserve a lot more!
Poor Show
Very poor show that Beeb have shown so little of NIN. The I-player isn't doing much better.
JYLI
The Killers' set in its entirety - including a Joy Division cover so dire I had to turn over - but no mention of the last appearance on Scottish soil of one of the most innovative, talented and influential musicians of the last two decades. BBC I despair - you are not worthy of my licence fee.
Iain
Looked like an awesome performance from Trent and co - can't wait for Manchester!
george
i hate him he is so out of rhythm
Stuart
Yet again bbc refuse to cover a headline act just because it's not mainstream. They HEADLINE for a reason. Trent Reznor is the most important musician that has been making music in the last 20 years. Free albums changed the way that music can and should be distributed. Instead constant coverage of Ting Tings, Calvin Harris and others that will disappear before the year is out. Last time NIN headlined a festival was Glastonbury 2000. BBC coverage yet again 1 song HURT funnily enough. So why are you refusing to show proper coverage of 1 of the main band at T this year?????
Ryan
The sooner the whole set is up, the better, considering they headlined the Radio 1/NME stage! Can't wait to see them in Manchester on Tuesday.
karsh
can we get the whole set?gonna see them in the o2 n want a proper taster of whats to come...
Andrew Smith
Awesome, gave me goose bumps as always. More please.
NINftw
Need more footage, one song just isn't enough...
Nic
Send a complaint to the BBC about this - that's what I'm doing. It's disgusting.
Fixed
you guys at bbc3 really could have played more non mainstream artists on the red button facility, you dont always have to play mainstream such as lady ga ga and the ting tings, the bottom right square on the menu page never had any music on it when i checked, what a joke!MORE NIN PLEASE!BEST BAND IN THE WORLDsee some of you guys at the o2
Sexymf
Can't wait to see NIN in O2!!
Disappointed
We spent all night yesterday waiting for the NIN coverage, but none came, not even a mention of one of the most influential and amazing bands. Instead we were stuck with the killers. NIN are a headline act, get the full set up!
Tom
BBC why were the killers who are laughable on TV and not NIN, it's a disgrace
InCaseofFire
That crowd is ridiculously small...especially for a band of NIN's quality.
Claire
Oi Beeb people! You have an opportunity here to put right the terrible coverage of NIN at Reading 2007. Last night I sat through hours of the red button feature only to see sets from bands I'd already seen being repeated. And repeated. And repeated. I expect to see NIN and Jane's Addiction tonight or else.
Ruth
Have to say I'm disappointed with the BBC, but not totally surprised either. I would've loved to seen the set broadcast live, but at the very least, avail thru iplayer. Still I'd rather live and breathe NIN, than to be a 'fan' of some bands that did have the luxury of being broadcast...
David
Hopefully there will be more to the coverage than one song, especially being second stage headliner and such an iconic band.
NIN
Come on, get the NIN video set online, please! We want to see more than the hand that feeds. Been a fan since 1989 and wish I could have been there. Probably the last Scottish gig ever by NIN?
TheNewPollution
I should have been there tonight, I only hope that it isnt a regret ill hold forever...
twente
we can all learn a lot from trent.
Will Benson
Not be seeing them at T this year but cant wait to see them in manchester on tuesday its going to be amazing i have waited for this for a long time.... Trent Reznor is a genius and iam so gald iam going to see him b4 he dissapears ..
Broken
Looking forward to these guys show every other T artist what a proper career, limited money, respect for fans, and sheer genius can do for you.Totally expecting the T audience to be confused.com when they watch this performance.Totally expecting Michael to walk off in the middle of Hurt, no way that crowd will hush for 4 minutes.Waving goodbye from Wishaw on Saturday.1999 - 2009.Thanks for the music NIN.
