Residents in the area say they are fed up of manouevring along the pavements between the clutter of bins and vehicles - and would like people to stash the bins away between collections if that's possible.

They say it's not that difficult to pull the bins off the pavements to allow room for pedestrians - especially the elderly or those with pushchairs - to get along safely.
