10,000 original applications, we sifted through the videos - and
came up with 2,500 who we called for audition.

Aptitude
tests and role-playing knocked out a few more - and then our team
of psychologists whittled them down to the final 50.
Further
tests were undertaken by the selection - and a final dozen were
picked. So although the 12 new housemates have only just gone into
the Not Very Big Brother House, they have already undertaken a long
and arduous journey to get there.
