| I
agree wholeheartedly with the comments of Devon. In the past
four years I have flown to the UK on numerous occasions and
seen about 30 games, both home and away, and have purchased
programmes, four shirts, etc. PTV decided to "renegotiate" its
agreement with the Football League in the wake of the ITV Digital
fiasco, but because such relative low amounts were involved,
it escaped much publicity. The principal change to fans was
that they were asked to pay to receive the audio broadcasts.
This fan has become totally alienated. I no longer visit the
official WFC website, I will no longer attend any games, and
I will no longer purchase WFC merchandise. On the other hand
I have supported the Watford Supporters Trust. When football
sees sense, and stop trying to gouge the fans, I will reconsider,
until then my interest will be limited to getting information
from the 3CR website, the WO website and online fanzines. |

| Watford
played poor in the fist half but better in the second half against
Norwich on Sunday i feel we got better after taking off Noel
Williams.I would be happy if Noel Williams is sold due to not
performing well in recent matches. |

| Oi
Shaw, Why has a shortfall of £3 from ITVD led to a deficit of
£9.5 now? How were there plans to build a new East Stand last
summer and now we are in such do? In short, how have you managed
to lose c£20m in a year? |

| Yes,
the ITV Digital disaster did not help but that would have only
cost 4m or so. As we all know and the board continue to refute
the fact we allowed Vialli to spend such big wages was a massive
source of the current problems we now have plus the fact we
had to sell them off (Vialli still HAS NOT be paid off!). Although
some have gone we still have the likes of Nielsen, Galye but
even worse Baardsen and Hughes. It is clear that although Tim
Shaw is an accountant he did not have a clue about what he was
doing and it looks like we sold the ground to a director. I
expect they are hoping the players will agree to take a pay
cut and that someone with a lot of money will come in to SAVE
THE CLUB. If we did go into administration which looks likely
then would this mean we could actually sack some of these high
earners and Bradford are still going. It is a real, real shame
that the club I have supported since I was 7 and others for
longer looks like going to the wall when things appear to be
improving on the pitch. It was no less than 4 years ago we were
a club on the up and looking financially secured and now we
are in a right old mess. |

| It
is necessary for these precautions, there are a lot of mindless
idiots around. I understand your frustration but you should
have been more prepared for such a massive game. And tickets
were on sale today until four pm. In future for 'big' games
keep an eye on the official website. |

| I'm
unable to purchase a ticket for the game, because the club are
insisting that you produce an old ticket stub for "security
reasons". I work in London & I don't have a stub with me - there
are no tickets sold tomorrow. The woman at WFC ticket office
said, and I quote "there's alot of hate flying about" I was
frankly amazed at this comment - and I told her that she should
choose her words more carefully as a club representative. More
importantly, can anyone help me get a ticket for the game? |

Good first half performance. No threat provided up front. Bound
to put pressure on rest of the side the longer that goes on
during a game and season. In form Heidar Helguson is needed. |
