I was at sundays big cup match the game was great atmosphere was excellant i hope we can make the final against arsenal or chelsea coz then we get europe next year win or lose and it will help the club emensley and maybe we could keep glass and smith as both are quality players no matter wat any l***n fan say - come on the golden boys push for playoffs too

I agree wholeheartedly with the comments of Devon. In the past four years I have flown to the UK on numerous occasions and seen about 30 games, both home and away, and have purchased programmes, four shirts, etc. PTV decided to "renegotiate" its agreement with the Football League in the wake of the ITV Digital fiasco, but because such relative low amounts were involved, it escaped much publicity. The principal change to fans was that they were asked to pay to receive the audio broadcasts. This fan has become totally alienated. I no longer visit the official WFC website, I will no longer attend any games, and I will no longer purchase WFC merchandise. On the other hand I have supported the Watford Supporters Trust. When football sees sense, and stop trying to gouge the fans, I will reconsider, until then my interest will be limited to getting information from the 3CR website, the WO website and online fanzines.

watford can win the FA cup this year because nobody thinks we can! chelsea will beat arsenal but go out to sheffield utd but after beating fulham, watford will embarress wolves for the second time and then beat the blades in a thrilling 6-4 final at cardiff. by the way, i asked my bookies what they'd give me for all this....1,000,000 - 1. so i put a tenner on. com on u horns.

Richard, Watford Tues 28 January, 2003
Sometimes I just can't help laughing at L***n. We beat the baggies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ben Smith, Woking Tuesday 21 January, 2003
Watford played poor in the fist half but better in the second half against Norwich on Sunday i feel we got better after taking off Noel Williams.I would be happy if Noel Williams is sold due to not performing well in recent matches.

We should try and loan back Danny Webber from Man Utd, Watford are missing his lighting pace and skill. Anyway Come on The Yellow Army!

To the L***n fan, enjoy your win when you are struggling to stay in Div 2 and remember the money is hardly rolling in to the Kennel!!!! To all watford fans lets get behind the Team, the trust and the club. with us all pulling together who knows what we can achieve!!! Come on you horns

James Hannaford, Glory Horns.co.uk Mon 30 September, 2002
how about asking him Tim! Another idea would be to give away more free tickets to kids, because we are in good form and with the 2 easiest matches of the season coming up it's the best time to impress! come on u horns!

A public meeting has been organised by the Watford Supporters Trust, 8pm Friday 4 October at the Bill Everett Centre. All Watford fans are welcome. See story

Oi Shaw, Why has a shortfall of £3 from ITVD led to a deficit of £9.5 now? How were there plans to build a new East Stand last summer and now we are in such do? In short, how have you managed to lose c£20m in a year?

Harry Hatter, Luton Wed 25 September, 2002
I hope they go bust. Bye bye Watford.

Yes, the ITV Digital disaster did not help but that would have only cost 4m or so. As we all know and the board continue to refute the fact we allowed Vialli to spend such big wages was a massive source of the current problems we now have plus the fact we had to sell them off (Vialli still HAS NOT be paid off!). Although some have gone we still have the likes of Nielsen, Galye but even worse Baardsen and Hughes. It is clear that although Tim Shaw is an accountant he did not have a clue about what he was doing and it looks like we sold the ground to a director. I expect they are hoping the players will agree to take a pay cut and that someone with a lot of money will come in to SAVE THE CLUB. If we did go into administration which looks likely then would this mean we could actually sack some of these high earners and Bradford are still going. It is a real, real shame that the club I have supported since I was 7 and others for longer looks like going to the wall when things appear to be improving on the pitch. It was no less than 4 years ago we were a club on the up and looking financially secured and now we are in a right old mess.

Kathy, Luton Tues 24 September, 2002
Can't believe the news. How are we going to get that money - it's unbelievable and I am totally shocked.

Alli, Hemel Hempstead Tues 17 September, 2002
    Tommy Smith is brilliant!

Mark, Dunstable Wed 18 September, 2002
Come on Watford, i know we lost against luton but lets not worry too much about it, would you want to swap places with them, i think not, bottom of division 2. and lets not all forget of that 4-0 to the watford. its only one game and lets be honest, were not doing too bad in division 1 are we. come on you golden boys.

    Harry, harrow September, 2002
It is necessary for these precautions, there are a lot of mindless idiots around. I understand your frustration but you should have been more prepared for such a massive game. And tickets were on sale today until four pm. In future for 'big' games keep an eye on the official website.

Rob, Nth London Monday 9 September, 2002
I'm unable to purchase a ticket for the game, because the club are insisting that you produce an old ticket stub for "security reasons". I work in London & I don't have a stub with me - there are no tickets sold tomorrow. The woman at WFC ticket office said, and I quote "there's alot of hate flying about" I was frankly amazed at this comment - and I told her that she should choose her words more carefully as a club representative. More importantly, can anyone help me get a ticket for the game?

paul, stevenage Wed 11 September, 2002
    She was right!

Peter Welling, Chesham Wed 28 August, 2002
Why don't the directors try and buy Danny Webber from Man U?

Mac, Borehamwood Mon 12 August, 2002
Saturday. Good first half performance. No threat provided up front. Bound to put pressure on rest of the side the longer that goes on during a game and season. In form Heidar Helguson is needed.
