Chloe appears on the cover of the June issue of Sugar magazine in her first ever professional magazine photo shoot, modelling this season's bright make-up colours in the magazine's main beauty feature. 

Thousands of Sugar readers voted for Chloe, their favourite of the six finalists, who each appeared in the March issue. 

As well as a starring role in a beauty shoot for the magazine, Chloe has won a modelling contract with top London agency Models 1, which represents some of the most iconic models including Agyness Deyn and Linda Evangelista. 

Chloe could now be looking forward to a future career of glamorous shoots, fabulous clothes and exotic modelling trips around the world!

Chloe took the time to speak to BBC Three Counties Radio, and said: "I'm so shocked to have won because all of the other girls were absolutely gorgeous - I didn't think I'd win at all!  

The Hemel teenager had not originally set out to enter the competition "I was out shopping in the Harlequin Centre in Watford and someone just came up to me and asked me if I would enter this modelling competition - and it all went from there really!" explained Chloe.

Chloe's mother Elaine Hutchings added: "I'm delighted for Chloe but at the end of the day, she is just my daughter and like any other teenager, but she transforms herself in front on the camera.  We are overwhelmed by Chloe's success and a very proud family."

"We want Chloe to enjoy the moment while it's here and just see what happens…" said mother Elaine.

Chloe, who attends Townsend COE School in St Albans, is a keen swimmer for which she has won a number of awards. 

If she weren't to become a model Chloe would like to be a physiotherapist.  She most admires model Kate Moss for her looks and now could be following in her footsteps with a future career as a professional model.

"Winning the competition has been a dream come true!" said Chloe!
