    Think Drink

Think Drink - Why Should I?

While giving up alcohol completely may be a little too drastic for you - now may be a good time for you to think about your drinking habits, the impact they are having on your life and to perhaps adopt a more sensible approach to alcohol.

Together with our colleagues at BBC Three Counties Radio and Bedfordshire's Alcohol Services for the Community (asc for short!) we're giving you the opportunity to assess your own alcohol intake and embark on a healthier lifestyle for 2005.

asc aim to 'promote a healthier lifestyle without reliance on alcohol or other drugs'. They were established in 1979, and are an independent agency specialising in alcohol use and abuse. With their base in Luton, they operate throughout the county of Bedfordshire.

The aim of asc is to promote the understanding and responsible use of alcohol for a better life.

asc is not against alcohol but believes in a sensible approach to drinking.

As part of the 'Think Drink' campaign, BBC Three Counties Radio will be broadasting alcohol related programmes throughout the day.
