I've forgotten my passcode for the Activity Maker – how do I reset it?Go to the Activity Maker homepage and select ‘Forgotten passcode’, underneath the ‘Enter Passcode’ box. You will then be prompted to enter the email address you registered with. You'll be sent an automatic email asking you to reset your passcode by clicking on a link to validate your email address.
Someone else from my organisation has already registered us but I want to be able to add/edit activities as well. You need to get in touch with the person from your organisation who first registered and ask them to share their passcode with you. Please note that the BBC Get Inspired Activity Finder has taken over from the BBC Things To Do website so they may have previously signed up via Things To Do. Passcodes from Things To Do will still work on the BBC Get Inspired Activity Finder. If you wish to open a duplicate account for your organisation with your own or a different email address then you must ensure that you communicate with your colleagues to avoid uploading duplicate data into the Activity Maker. Ideally, you should share one email address that you both have access to, so you are both aware of notifications about your partner status and activities. Should you have any issues locating a passcode, please contact us.
