Our training consists of fitness and agility, as well as ball handling skills and strength and conditioning. The great coaching staff, including an ex International player, and friendly atmosphere will ensure you'll have fun, learn lots, keep fit and enjoy playing rugby.

Training is every Tuesday and Thursday and matches are played on Sunday, often with socials in between! If you are interested in joining us, get in touch, or just turn up on a training night. Find us on Facebook or Twitter for more information. Twitter, @BathRugbyLadies
