Train in a friendly supportive environment.

Aikido is a non-aggressive martial art based on a series of throws and immobilisation techniques, using the attacker's strength and aggression against them.

Aikido does not require brute force, flexibility or strength. Therefore, it can be practiced by people of all ages and abilities. There are no restrictions on age, gender or fitness.

You are welcome to come along and watch, or better still, try out a free taster session.
