Aikido is a non-aggressive martial art based on a series of throws and immobilisation techniques, using the attacker's strength and aggression against them.
Aikido does not require brute force, flexibility or strength. Therefore, it can be practiced by people of all ages and abilities. There are no restrictions on age, gender or fitness.
You are welcome to come along and watch, or better still, try out a free taster session.

Following sessions are £5.00 for 2 hours (£3.00 for the 1-hour family/junior class).
- Taster Session
Genryukan Aikido is a member of the British Aikido Association. All of the coaches are Nationally Qualified to teach Aikido, hold public liability insurance and are CRB checked.
