Walk more and feel the difference - walking in a group is a great way to start walking and stay motivated. All walks are led by trained volunteer walk leaders.
We normally stop off for tea or coffee after the walk.
Walking for Health encourages more people to become physically active in their local communities.

Special requirements
Please wear appropriate comfortable footwear (paths may be muddy during inclement weather) and dress according to the conditions. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

The Claremont Bank Walking for Health group is an accredited group and part of the National Walking for Health Scheme.
