Details

Try a run with a difference for all ages and abilities. There will be several courses, including short courses for newcomers. You will receive a special orienteering map of the park showing your course. The aim is to navigate round the control points shown on the map as quickly as you can, registering each one with an electronic timing chip. The easy courses will follow paths and the controls will be easy to spot, however the longer courses will give you more of a challenge! Start at any time between 10.30 and midday. More info on our website, or find us on Facebook at www.facebook.com/tvoclub

Cost

£5.00 for adults and £2.00 for juniors (18 or under). There is a £1.00 reduction for TVOC members.

Special requirements

Wear outdoor clothes - trainers are ideal for a run or jog. Walking shoes are fine too, if you are planning on walking around a course, to fine tune your navigation skills! A compass would also be useful although we can lend you one. Just don't forget your sense of adventure!
