Come and join us for free, led health walks in your local area. Make friends, improve your health and get some fresh air.

Simply turn up to take part in volunteer led walks that last under an hour. Make new friends and relax afterwards - refreshments are available. All ages and abilities welcome. Walking for Health encourages more people to become physically active in their local communities. We support the largest network of health walk schemes across England, offering regular short walks over easy terrain with trained walk leaders.
