Touch is a mixed sport with players from 14 upwards competing together. There is no tackling, just touches

It is one of the few sports where men and women compete on the same team which makes it great fun and ideal for couples, and families.
We coach through getting everyone playing and enjoying the game - our sessions are highly welcoming, inclusive and popular. We actively encourage all players, especially newcomers, to give it a go.
Come and try one of our sessions, coached by our own International women's Touch Coach
