Touch is a mixed sport with players from 14 upwards competing together. There is no tackling, just touches. Each team has six players with rolling substitutes. Teams have six touches to score a try.

It is one of the few sports where men and women compete on the same team which makes it great fun and ideal for couples, and families.
We coach through getting everyone playing and enjoying the game - our sessions are highly welcoming, inclusive and popular. We actively encourage all players, especially newcomers, to give it a go.

Activities are not organised by the BBC unless stated otherwise. Neither is the BBC responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. If you are under 18, ask your parent/guardian before taking part in any activity.
