Following a successful 2012 summer of sport, we are giving you the opportunity to try a taster session in Shotokan karate. An activity which gives you an all round work out.

You don't need to be super fit to start. Just wear some loose fitting gym clothing and come and give it a go.

You will enjoy the thrill of learning a new activity with lots of benefits including self defense, keeping fit, co-ordination, concentration and more.
