Details

A handcycle is an adapted trike propelled using your arms. A handcycle also differs from a standard cycle because the drive and steering is all done by the front wheel and pedals are replaced by hand grips. There are different styles of handbike; recumbent, sitting, or kneeling bikes. A range of handcycles suitable for different individual's needs are available at the session. Sessions take place every Wednesday (10:00 to 12:00).
