Trampolining and gymnastics are great ways to keep active and make new friends.

Children aged six years plus can join the after-school Jumpstarz trampolining club on Thursdays.

On Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays, there's Gymstarz our gymnastics club for children aged 3 to 16.

The clubs offer children the chance to learn techniques safely and get the most from these fun sports.
