Minimum age eight years, maximum group size is 14.

This flat water section gives everyone the chance to master their canoe skills whether discovering them for the first time or practicing skills already learnt, an instructor will be on hand to offer guidance and coaching. At Exeter's Quay we will stop for lunch.

After lunch we will then take on our descent of the River Exe, tackling our first of two weirs. There will be time to take in the wildlife that this city river has to offer or for those that fancy the challenge you can have a go at trying out a few white water skills.
