Korfball is a mixed-team indoor sport, similar to netball or basketball. Male and female players play together on the same team. It is non-contact, fast-paced, great for fitness and lots of fun. Our beginners sessions require no previous knowledge or experience. To find out more about korfball, search on YouTube for "This is Korfball" to see the instructional video we made.
