Cycling for beginners and returning cyclists using our fleet of adapted disability and ordinary cycles. All ages and abilities. Suitable for level 1 exercise referrals, self-referrals also welcome.

Coached cycling sessions for all, led rides, and riding in your own time on the athletics track. Emphasis on Inclusive cycling, means people with disabilities welcome. Families welcome, but no dogs please.

This is an alternative for those on the Fit For Life, or Active For Life exercise referral scheme who don't like gyms.

Mayesbrook Park is a large and varied park with sporting facilities, an attractive nature reserve and a newly restored Show more… river landscape. The southern section of the park features two large lakes which are rich in wildlife. The park provides over 40 hectares of open space with benches, picnic tables and weather shelters and is home to a number of the Borough's sports clubs.
The park recently received a Mayor of London Safer Parks Silver award for high standards of site safety and policing
