Cycling 4 Health is a cycling programme aimed at helping people improve their health through cycling. Each week the ride location will vary between the Epping Forest and Lee Valley.

The rides are open to all and we put an emphasis on fun and friendship. To join the programme you don't even need to worry about a bike as one of our officers can arrange for bike and helmet hire (if you contact them before the ride) so all you need to do is turn up at the meeting point ready to ride and meet new people.

The Hooks Marsh Gunpowder Park route, heads down the canal reaching Enfield Island Village before touring the historic and wild Gunpowder Park.

Owned and managed by Lee Valley Regional Park Authority, this wonderful 1,000 acre Country Park stretches on either Show more… side of the River Lee between Waltham Abbey (Essex) and Broxbourne (Hertfordshire) and has been transformed from old gravel pits. The Country Park is ideal for bird watching, walking, running, cycling, fishing and boating.
