The sessions will help you to relearn, refresh and replay the game and provide you with opportunities to continue to play, whatever your fitness or ability, whether for fun or as part of a competitive team.

We welcome new participants to try hockey for the first time. It will provide you with a great opportunity to make new friends and will give you the basic introduction if you haven't played before in a friendly and relaxed environment without the pressure to perform.
