Come down and join in with the squad members each Sunday. Players of all abilities are welcome. Those new to the sport will be introduced gradually and will receive a basic introduction to the sport and its rules. Training includes warm ups, agility and speed tests, positional drills and gameplay. Please wear suitable clothing and footwear for both grass and 3G surfaces. You will be expected to provide your own gum-shield, however spares will be available to purchase. Helmets and pads will be provided by the club for those that need them.

The first three sessons are free, players are required to pay subs to continue training wth the team.
