After meeting, we will make our way to the paracycle storage facility where everyone will get on a suitable cycle. We will then embark on a cycle around Moors Valley Country Park and Forest using both the tarmac paths and the forest trails, both of which are traffic free. The routes will vary each week but will be circular, so that people can get off of the bikes at the storage facillity from where they started, and last for about 45 minutes. Please note if you require assistance in getting on and/or off of a paracycle you will need to provide your own PA/carer.
