The One Show website has three blogs. Click the links to view the: Backstage blog, Consumer blog, and the One Passions blog .
Here's how to add your comment...
1. Become a member / sign in
If you're new to BBC blogs, you have to sign up. Click here to register.
If you're already a member, sign in again to post your comment. Click here to sign in.
2. Leave your comment
To add a comment to the blog post you're reading, click on the 'comments' link at the top of the section. This will direct you to a new page where you will be prompted to write your comment. When you're done, click on the 'post your comment' link and your comment will be posted live. It's as simple as that.
3. See your post live on the site
Once you've posted your comment, it'll appear in the comments section on the blog. This sometimes takes a while so don't panic if it's not showing. The brackets next to the comments link will update to show the number of comments made for each blog entry.
4. Check back soon
Keep an eye on the comments coming in and add another comment. That's it. You're blogging!
Here's how to add your photo to the One Show galleries...
1. Choose your photo
Find the photo, on your computer, that you'd like to upload to the One Show galleries.
2. Visit the 'Image uploader' page
Click here to visit the 'Image uploader' page.
Then click the 'Choose a file' button. This will open a panel which will allow you to navigate around the folders on your computer. Select your image from among the folders on your computer. Your image should be in a .JPG format and no bigger than 3000 pixels in height and width.
3. Tell us about it
Select a category from the scroll down menu which best represents your image. Give your photo a title, and tell us a little about the image and yourself.
4. Finally...
Read the terms and conditions before you submit your picture. Tick the box to say you've accepted them and click 'upload'. If you change your mind, click on 'Abort' instead.

Reporting a problem
To report an inappropriate comment on the blogs, click on 'Complain about this comment'. State the reason why it should be deleted and leave the rest to us.
