In March 2009, Christine went to Uganda which encouraged her to take up the water-skiing challenge.
She met local residents to find out what has been done to improve their lives, including schemes to help local business and coffee growers.
Sport Relief challenge
Christine will attempt to water-ski across the English Channel to raise money for Sport Relief.
