Simon started performing as Tom Jones when he was 25-years-old and has been performing as him ever since! He had no intention of being a tribute but got into it after people commented on how much he sounded like the Welsh crooner.
Simon has always enjoyed singing – and even had a chart single in Germany with a band called Pulse, but it is as a tribute act that he has enjoyed the most success and has been lucky enough to make a career out of it in recent years.
Simon’s two greatest ambitions are to sing on TV and perform in Las Vegas. Having now achieved the first of these, will be able to get the double whammy and nab that life-changing Vegas contract?
Simon’s mum, Val and sister Rachel are his biggest supporters and try and attend as many of his gigs as possible.
Simon’s favourite Tom Jones’ song is I’ll Never Fall In Love Again.
