Terms of Use of BBC Online Services

1.1 "BBC Application" is a BBC Online Service developed and made available by the BBC to enable you to access, view and/or listen to BBC Content.
1.2 "BBC-Authorised Application" is a BBC Online Service developed by a BBC-authorised third party to enable you to access, view and/or listen to BBC Content.
1.3 BBC Applications and BBC-Authorised Applications are collectively "Applications".
2.1 You can use Applications for personal use provided you comply with the Terms of Use for personal use and these Additional Terms.
2.2 You may download and use BBC Applications and any subsequent updates made available by the BBC to access, view and/or listen to BBC Content on a compatible device.
2.3 BBC Content as made available by the BBC through an Application must always be displayed using that Application.
2.4 You may not directly or indirectly change, edit or add to or produce summaries of any BBC Content or other content available through Applications nor place any full-story BBC Content in an HTML frame-set.
2.5 You do not have the right to use any BBC Content or BBC mark/logo on your device or elsewhere except as provided in the Application itself.
2.6 For the avoidance of doubt, Business Users cannot use Applications under the Business Terms of Use or these Additional Terms.
