If
you have a PC with Windows 95, 98, ME, NT, 2000 or XP installed...
1.
First, check what screen size you are using. If you don't
know, click the right-hand mouse button on an empty part
of your "desktop". Select "Properties"
and then click the "Settings" tab. Your screen size will
be shown in pixels under the "Screen area" heading. Click
OK to close the box.

Next, choose a desktop picture you like from this page and
click on the appropriate screen size beneath it with your
left-hand mouse button. A big version of the picture will
appear in your browser window.

Make sure your mouse pointer is over the large version of
the picture and press the right-hand mouse button. A
list of options will appear - select "Set as Background".

If
you have an Apple Mac...
1.
First, check your screen size.
2.
Next, choose a picture you like and click on the appropriate
screen size beneath it and wait for it to load.
3.
Hold the mouse button down so that a menu appears. Netscape
users should select "'Save this link as..." and
Internet Explorer Users should select "'Download Link
to Disk"'. Save the file to your desktop.

Move the downloaded wallpaper file ("name".jpg) into your
wallpapers directory. First-time users should make a directory
at the top level of their hard disk called "Wallpapers"
and move it there.

Click on the Apple menu, then select "Control Panels
> Desktop Pictures". A window will appear. On the left-hand
side, select the "Picture" button. On the right-hand
side, select the "Select Picture" button. (If
you have a "Remove Picture" button instead of
a "'Select Picture" button select this and your
current desktop wallpaper will be removed, the "Select
Picture" button will now appear.)

file selector box will appear allowing you to choose your
wallpapers directory and then the wallpaper file ("name".jpg).
Select "Open" followed by "Set Desktop".
