Thursday 9 March

The Town Hall, Middlesbrough, TS1 1EL

As part of the AV Festival in Middlesbrough the BBC Bus will have an art installation by Stockton artists Dave Allinson and Michelle Trip on board.

In 'Trans-Plant', the artists have transformed the BBC bus into a conceptual garden with film and animated material based on the theme of growth, so why not pop on board today to see the work.

Neil Green will be broadcasting live from 3 pm to 5 pm


Friday 10 March
Open from 10 am to 7 pm
The Town Hall, Middlesbrough, TS1 1EL

As part of the AV Festival in Middlesbrough the BBC Bus will have an art installation by Stockton artist's Dave Allinson and Michelle Trip on board.

In 'Trans-Plant', the artists have transformed the BBC bus into a conceptual garden with film and animated material based on the theme of growth.

The team will also be helping people with any internet queries so please do pop on board and find out more.


Saturday 11 March
Open from 9 am to 5 pm
Captain Cook Square, Middlesbrough, TS1 5UA

Sunday 12 March
Open from 9 am to 3 pm
Redcar Half Marathon, Majuba Road, Redcar, TS10 5BJ

Today the bus will be outside the leisure centre for the 24th Tees Valley Half Marathon (the race starts at 10.30 am).

Over a 1000 people will be running the half marathon so whether you are joining in the race or supporting friends and family, please do pop on board the bus and use our brand new computers and see Freeview on our new large LCD TV screen.

Sunday Supplement with Paul Anderson and Mike Hill will be broadcast live from the event from 11 am to 1 pm.

Monday 13th - Sunday 19th March
The BBC Bus will be off the road
