Does he LIKE like me, or are we just friends?

Recently, me and my guy friend have become very close, and I'd say he was my best friend.

But I love the attention he gives me and I think I've fallen for him.. Quite often, I get signs that he likes me, like he hugs me and stuff, and would like to know who I like..

He used to like me and mentioned that not long ago..

But I'm not sure because he always tells me about other people he likes and he's open to me about his feelings a lot just like a normal friend..

Does he like me or have I fallen in love with our friendship?

Your thoughts:

If you've fallen for him really bad then you are going to have to go for it and tell him how you feel or you will always have the "what if factor" which really isn't good.

If your friendship is strong and he appreciates you it shouldn't make much difference even if he doesn't feel the same way. I have had friends where it really hasn't made much difference.

At the end of the day it's better to have tried and to have only had to endure a few days of awkwardness rather than never doing anything and to have missed out on a chance to be happy.

Next week's question:

Me and my best friend both liked the same lad. He asked me out and I said no because I knew our friendship was not worth sacrificing.

The next day she came to my house only to tell me that she was going out with him.

Should I tell her she was second choice and he's not a nice person for asking us both out. knowing we are best friends?
