It may be difficult, but you have to just talk to her. Explain to her gently that you are feeling like you may be losing a friend. If she is an amazing person like you say then she should understand. Try to come to an agreement and arrange times when you can hang out together.

It's very common for people in relationships to spend all their time just the two of them and neglect the friends they had before. Your friend needs to find a balance between spending time with her friends and spending time with her boyfriend. After all, if they do break up who will she turn to?

Try to stay friends, but if she doesn't listen to you and can't be bothered to spend time with you then maybe she isn't a very good friend after all. In that case, you should take a break and spend time apart (even more so). She may just come around and realise that she misses you and needs her friends as well as boyfriends.

In the meantime focus on other things to relieve you of your troubles, like joining clubs or school work, making new friends even maybe meeting a new guy. It's good to have a few friends to fall back on.

However, start with just talking to her about it; you need to tell her how you feel otherwise the problem will be bottled up inside you and may never get resolved. Hopefully she will understand and your friendship will blossom again.
